Michelle brings over 30 years of experience in helping grow and differentiate brands. She finds the greatest satisfaction when her clients win with marketing. A few relevant brands include: Cardinal Health, Procter & Gamble, Alete Nutrition, Abbott, Safecor Health, Optum, and Two Labs Pharma Services.
Michelle is currently on the boards of Run the Race (the Brian Muha Foundation) and is a co-founder of Changing Parkinson’s. She is married to Scott (who happens to be PRISM’s controller) and is the proud mother of four children. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Capital University.

Chief Creative Strategist
For nearly 30 years, Brad has been providing creative and strategic counsel to clients ranging from basement startups to industry leaders; from non-profits to Fortune 100 companies – including Bayer, Purina, Nationwide Insurance, America’s Floor Source, Cardinal Health, Bexley Education Foundation, The Ohio State University, Battelle for Kids, Directions for Youth and Families, Safecor Health, and Humana.

Chief Administrative Officer
Kim is a seasoned administrative and marketing professional with a diverse career spanning executive support, operations management, digital marketing, and event planning. With expertise in HubSpot/CRM strategy and social media management, she blends creativity and technology to optimize client engagement and streamline workflows. Throughout her career, she has successfully built and implemented systems that enhance efficiency, support C-suite executives, and drive business growth.
Kim is passionate about providing the best customer experience possible. Here are a few of the clients she supports: Safecor Health, Kibow Biotech, Alete Nutrition, and Cardinal Health. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her son’s hockey career alongside her husband in Columbus, Ohio.

Senior Art Director
Matt is a visual story teller with 19 years of experience shaping brand identities at PRISM. He is passionate about using visual design to connect brands with their audience. His skills encompass branding, website development, print, and digital design. Matt is valued for his creative thinking and ability to bring brands to life visually. He has provided his expertise to leading brands such as: Cardinal Health, GE, Procter & Gamble, Abbott Labs, and Two Labs Pharma. Matt holds a BFA specializing in Graphic Design and Web development.
Matt lives on St. Simons Island, Georgia, and enjoys cycling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. He is also embracing his newest adventure as a father to a six-month-old boy.

Web Designer
Brianna is an aspiring multimedia designer who leverages her creativity to create engaging visual and interactive designs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication from Ohio University and is skilled in HTML, CSS, WordPress site development and management, and digital design across various media platforms. Additionally, Brianna earned a Marketing Minor and a Social Media Certificate at Ohio University, which she uses to enhance the functionality and intuitiveness of user interfaces in her creative strategies. Outside of her work with Adobe apps, Brianna enjoys trivia nights and exploring fun activities with friends in central Ohio.

Meredith is an avid storyteller, creative thinker, and thoroughly enjoys building relationships. Passionate about finding imaginative ways to speak to an audience, she uses research and her high degree of empathy to discern how varying messages and content will resonate with people. Meredith supports these clients: Civica, Eagle Financial Solutions, and Mollard Consulting.
Always up for an adventure, she loves hiking, running, and exploring new cultures. Meredith holds a BA in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.

Senior Retail Media Manager
Laura has over 16 years of experience in digital advertising, most recently joining us from Amazon Advertising where she was a Senior Account Executive for almost a decade. She has experience working with brands including Abbott Nutrition, Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, Edgewell Personal Care, and RB to name a few. Laura’s other day job is mother to two young boys!

Account Strategist
Megan has over 15 years of experience working with Abbott Nutrition (eCommerce Marketing) and Resource Interactive (Nestle Toll House, Purina Cat Chow, and Shaw Floors). She helps lead research and channel strategy for PRISM. Megan is married to Avi, and they have four very young and busy kids. Megan holds a BA in Journalism from Miami University.

With a client-first approach, Sandy builds strong, trust-based relationships by understanding their goals and defining success from the outset. She combines in-depth market research with her project management and writing abilities to offer reliable support to the team. Passionate about delivering results, Sandy is known for divergent thinking, attention to detail, and for ensuring on-time, effective solutions.

Julie brings more than 15 years of experience helping clients develop effective strategies and build strong brands. Specializing in content, strategy, and branding, Julie excels at guiding clients in telling their unique stories and showcasing their services. In addition to her professional work, she is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of the Buddy Walk for the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio, as a committee member for Capernaum Young Life in Columbus, and as a cheerleading coach at Dublin Coffman High School. Julie is married to Josh, and they are incredibly proud of their seven-year-old daughter. She holds a BA in Magazine Journalism from Ohio University.

Executive Advisor
Ray has too many years of experience to count! He has had senior leadership roles with American Hospital Supply, Baxter Health, Cardinal Health, and many others. Ray and PRISM’s founder Michelle, met over 27 years ago when Ray was a senior executive at Cardinal Health. Ray assists the leadership team with strategy and growth initiatives Ray is the proud husband to Lynne, has two adult children and four amazing grandchildren. Ray has a BA in Business Administration from The University of New Mexico.

Ray’s diverse background in sales and marketing roles provided him an up- close view to the challenges businesses face in standing out. He believes using marketing to tell a greater story will only enhance and distinguish brands.
Controller
For 30 years, Scott has been working side-by-side with his wife, Michelle Adams, to ensure PRISM’s success. Overseeing the accounting and financial operations, Scott’s strategic mindset has contributed to PRISM’s growth and sustained financial health.
With a strong sense of discipline and motivation, Scott consistently prioritizes physical fitness and pushes himself to reach new goals. He loves riding annually in Pelotonia and is active in his church. Scott holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University.
